Jennie was born in London in 1970. She went to Central St. Martins School of Art and studied Illustration, her graduation show included a life-sized replica of Alice in Wonderland’s Tea Party, made entirely out of Paper Maché!
In 2009 Jennie came up with the idea of creating her own designs of iron-on patches. Here is what Jennie has to say about her ingenious idea:
“When my two girls were little, they would get holes in their pretty clothes. And as I couldn’t sew, I thought ‘How lovely would it be if I could just iron something fabulous on top?’ But all I could find were big, boring patches with no personality…So I decided to make some myself!
